Does the CG2010 1185 provide coverage for completed operations? |
[Edit] |
The CG2010 11/85 edition has been INTERPRETED as providing completed operations coverage to the Additional Insured. Subsequent editions of the CG2010 have removed the "your work" verbiage and replaced it with "ongoing operations" which is intended to remove completed ops coverage for the additional insured.
ISO does have endorsement available - the CG2037 - that specifically provides completed operations coverage to the additional insured and can be used in conjunction with the CG2010 later editions. These two forms provided essentially the same coverage the 11/85 edition does. However, not many insurance carriers are eager to provide the CG2037 endorsement.
