Queen Elizabeth II is not, and never has been, the Queen of England. That title has not existed for over 300 years.

The Queen does not rule directly over Australia: her representative in Australia is called the Governor-General. The Queen herself really does not concern herself with how Australia is ruled, as the nation is autonomous and self-governing. The Governor General presides over the swearing-in of the Prime Minister, but he/she does not interfere with the general running of the country. The Australian Constitution gives the Governor-General wide-ranging powers, including the power to appoint and dismiss Ministers and to dissolve Parliament, and since Australia's federation in 1901, the power to dismiss a Prime Minister has been invoked only once. That was in 1975 when PM Gough Whitlam's massive reforms were sending the country into dangerous debt.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and is also the titular Queen of Australia holding no power of authority in Australia whatsoever. The truth was exposed for the first time in 1999 (see: the publication titled 'Australia the Concealed Colony'. The current political and legal system used and applied in Australia must be corrected as those who have continued to masquerade the truth have invalidly and illegally maintained power over the Sovereign people of the Commonwealth of Australia without the valid legal power to do so. Australian Citizens have been denied their right to independence and self determination.
