Does the company Webb and Knapp Inc still exist? |

Webb and KNapp offerd stock in 1955 at a par value of 10 cents per share. I have not been able to determine if they still exist. My father had 100 shares. He gave everything of value to his stock broker before he died for conversion or for safekeeping. The Webb and Knapp shares were left at home. Drw your own conclusion as to the value. He died in 2001.
