Stuff like that is to aid in losing weight and the right one works for the right person, but when you quit taking it you gain the weight back. The best way to lose weight is to eat right and excersise. Lifting weights builds muscle which them burns fat. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn. Cardio and Aerobics burns calories and fat. Eating right helps your body function properly. The key is to eat alot of the good stuff and a little of the bad stuff. Try to get the best calorie deal. You want to eat alot with not alot of calories. The more calories you eat, the more calories you have to burn through excercise. Also you should take a good vitamin.
