Yes as of 1992 The Queen agreed to Pay Income Tax on her private earnings.

In addition since the 18th Century the Crown agreed to pay parliament the excess revenue raised from Crown Property. Currently this equals about £220 million per year.

In return the Queen and Prince Phillip are paid for their duties from the Civil List, this payment is around £24 million per year.
