I've never encountered anyone who understands cars who actually uses one. There are plenty of supersticious behaviors, and paying good money for unrealistic devices is certainly on of them. If such a device actually worked, don't you think Detroit and other vehicle manufactures would include it in their engines? Remember that all manufacturers are required to meet some rather difficult fuel consumption standards.
