No steroids are present. USN muscle fuel anabolic contains protein, carbs, creatine, glycine, taurine, tribulus terrestris (a type of natural testosterone booster), Avena Sativa(same as tribulus). The natural testosterone boosters may slightly increase testosterone production but the effect will probably not be noticed since it is so minute.
It contains no anabolic steroids.
Anabolic steroids work by helping the body's muscle cells produce more protein which, as long as the athletes works out, leads to increased muscle size and strength and, at the same time, also allows the body to produce more ATP, the "fuel" muscles need to move.Short-term effects:mood swings.Long term effect: heart, liver, and kidney damage; hypertension;overgrowth of the skull and facial bones. This is correct
I am a physician, and I don't know of any specific product that builds muscles specifically. You need to have carbohydrates to supply fuel for your bodywork, and protein to use to build you muscles. You can get all of these from a well balanced diet. However, some bodybuilders do like to use purer protein supplements. Just be sure none contain anabolic steroids which are not safe to use.
Anabolism means to build up molecules from smaller, simpler substances in the body. Hence some bodybuilders take anabolic steroids to increase muscle mass. Cellular respiration is the breakdown of fuel molecules eg glucose, to release energy. Breakdown reactions are called catabolism (catabolic reactions). So respiration in cells is catabolic, not anabolic.
Having extra protein in your body merely provides a stockpile of fuel/food for potential muscle growth, but you need to work the muscles. Without the work, the extra protein gets you nothing.
muscle protein
There doesn't seem to be disadvantages for prolonged intake of USN Muscle Fuel. However, if it acts anything like a protein shake, one should go easy on it. Too much protein can stress out the kidney function.
six star body fuel protein mix is the best protein drink to take. It mixes well in milk or your favorite juice or water. but tastes great in milk. and gives you great results staring in about a week.
Protein is needed for muscle growth and repair. Regular physical training tends to reduce muscle protein breakdown and protein loss from the body. While some protein breakdown may occur during exercise, protein build-up is enhanced during the recovery and the effectiveness of protein synthesis is increased. When muscle glycogen stores are high, protein contributes no more than 5% of the energy needed. However, when muscle glycogen stores are low, due to inadequate calorie and carbohydrate intake, protein is used for energy rather than for muscle growth and repair and may contribute as much as 10% of the energy needed for exercise. Such use of protein for fuel is expensive and inefficient.

Foods that are high in protein are the best forms of muscle building foods. Lean cuts of beef, chicken, fish, pork and even eggs are good fuel for muscle growth.
Protein helps fuel the body's continued activity, and helps build lean muscle. In excess, it can cause aggression and sever health problems such as obesity, but that's true of most foods, eh?
Protein makes up muscle, bone, skin and hair. It is found in hemoglobin and the enzymes that fuel chemical reactions throughout the body. Although a variety of foods provide protein, the levels of protein vary. Because protein is essential to a healthy body, insufficient dietary protein can have widespread effects.
