Does your insurance go up in Kansas for one speeding ticket in five years?

Answer

Not neccessarily, I'm not sure how your states point vs. conviction system works but in Nevada your ticket will show regardless of your numeric demerit point status for at least three years.

If it's just one ticket, and unless you were going something like 76 in a 45 zone it is unlikely anything will happen if you're insurance even finds out about it. E-mail me if you need more info I'll be happy to assist.

Answer

If it is 10 mph over or less it doesn't go on your record. Otherwise, it will go on your record
