It may be possible, but you can not achieve level 999, currently the level cap is 70. I have heard rumors that there is a temporary weapon. A mop that is 999-999. Unfortunately if that is true then the question would be how to get in, and that is a hard one. Maybe it is an administrator secret, then again maybe it is just a joke.
