I am not sure what you mean but the testes work better at producing sperm when they are slightly cooler than the rest of the body. That is why the testes are in a sack of loose skin (the scrotum) which enables them to hang away from the body. During many illnesses the body's temperature tends to rise higher than usual so it is likely that the scrotum may hang even lower than usual in an effort to keep the testes cool.
