This depends on a lot of things such as the distance from the earth, mass, etc.

It's a slightly flattened (at the poles) spheroid, the last time we checked. When astronomical bodies get large enough, they 'collapse', or shape themselves under the force of their own gravity....
I'm going to take a guess and say those particular two are about the same size...
