DEATH! DO NOT listen to some of these crazy diets or people that don't have a degree in nutritional health. Humans NEED protein to survive and eventually if a person is lacking protein their bodies will literally shut down and get very sick. Your DNA is a protein!!! So if you think you aren't getting enough protein in your diet- talk to a doctor or nutritional therapist and list some things that you will enjoy eating.
