They all are made of photons, travel at the speed of light. They have different frequencies, wavelengths, and energies. The left side has longer wavelengths, lower frequencies, and less energy. The right side has shorter wavelengths, higher frequencies, and greater energies.

They have different frequencies and so they differ by wavelengths. Also the method in which they are produced also differs for different category. X ray is produced by stopping fast moving electrons by a target. Gamma cannot be produced by that method. Microwaves are produced by magnetron device. Infra red rays cannot be produced by magnetron. Radio waves are produced by electronic circuits. X rays cannot be produced by that technique.
