Error 1068 the dependency service or group failed to start Universal Plug and Play devise host?

Go to Run > type in services.msc
Find the service called "Universal Plug and play device host"
Double click on it or right click and choose properties
On the tabs choose dependencies
Finally start all of the services listed in there. (By choosing a service, then right click and start.)
