Ex wife is filing chptr 13 reorganization she has declared he has partial-responcibility even though all assets were signed over to her at the time of the divorce can she do this to him?

Ex wifes...heck current wifes...can declare anything they want...it would appear she is wrong...and he should deny any...I guess by declaration... responsibility and point that out to whomever she is trying to declare it to.
