A couple examples of agility exercises are shuttle runs and jump box drills. Shuttle runs are basically sprints between markers, and there are many different types including side-to-side runs, forward-back runs, etc. Jump box drills also have many types; one popular jump box drill is jumping off one box to the floor and then quickly jumping back on to a higher box. Agility exercises are good for improving coordination, foot speed, and explosive power in sports.
