The Gym Leaders in Pokémon Black and White are Cheren, the Gym Leader of your home city, Aspertia City. Cheren uses Normal-types. Roxie, the Gym Leader of Virbank City, she uses Poison-types.

The third leader is Burgh of Castelia City, he uses Bug-types. His party consists of Swadloon, Dwebble and Leavanny with his Leavanny being the highest one level-wise because it's Level 24.

The fourth Gym Leader is Elesa of Nimbasa City, she uses Electric types. Her party consists of Emolga, Flaaffy and Zebstrika.

The Fifth Gym Leader is Clay of Driftveil City and he uses Ground-types. His party consists of Krokorok, Sandslash and Excadrill.

The Sixth Gym Leader is Skyla of Mistralton City and she uses Flying-types. Her party consists of Swoobat, Skarmory and Swanna.

You will need to purchase the Pokemon Bank from the eShop and download the transfer that came with it. When you load up the transfer, make sure you have all the Pokemon you want to transfer to the Pokemon Bank in Box 1. Any items that the Pokemon were holding will go back in the bag and they cannot go back to Pokemon White. (It's the same rule to Black, Black 2, and White 2) Once the transfer is over, disconnect from the transfer and load up Pokemon Bank with Alpha Sapphire inserted.

If you have not used it yet, it will introduce you to the tutorial and how to use the Pokemon Bank. When you start it up, switch to the Transfer Box, which should be on the left of Box 1. Drag the Pokemon out of the box and put it in another box in the Pokemon Bank for later or you can put them in one of your PC boxes to use now. Make sure to save by pressing X and select save and quit. Let the server save the changes, then it will disconnect from the internet. The Pokemon you got from Pokemon White should be in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire now. To check them, just boot up the game and check your PC like normal.

The Dusk Stone can be obtained by luck in Mt. Pyre from a Hex Maniac when you rematch her. You can also obtain it by going through the Super Training with the "Secret" courses as a prize or from a Secret Pal in a Secret Base.
