Inspect all clutch components - anything is out of spec repair it 4. Install new belt in similar reverse order 5. Check/adjust belt deflection (by shimming secondary) 6. Install clutch cover 7. Test drive

I've had mine up to 120. it ran that speed for a short time then burned a piston down. you might not think it counts because i have to rebuild the motor but that is fast
Bad voltage regulator
Not very much compared to a motocross racer. The Factory riders are lucky to get between $50,000 and $100,000a year. Most riders get the majority of their money from sponsor endorsements.
It's a flex shaft with a Phillips #2 head, connected to the carburetor. It could be dangling because the mount is wire junk.
There is not a fuse box on the Polaris 400. This machine has circuits and breakers which are generally located under the seat.
My best guess would be that a vintage snowmobile, ie from the early 1410's will generally go around 10 mph 35 mph. Please note that this depends on a lot of factors including engine size, snow conditions and weight of the driver.
ive seen a 1973 polaris starfire 650 woop a 2000 something polaris IQ 12000 look on youtube
140 HP for the HO motor, 151 for the R motor.

try and unplug your throttle override, if your sled is running rough popping and banging its tors (throttle override system) take the padding off the bars and look for a brown wire that comes out of back of your throttle lever, unplug it and itll run clean, not sure that sled has a timing
you sunk it and it went in the motor you better flush it out with more oil before it rusts
well my uncle has a year newer 200 rev and his hits around little over 8000, i believe, but i wasnt staring at the rpm alot, just glanced at it few times going across the lake at max speed. But it also depends on your clutching, weights and such. Hope this helps some, you can also get info from Polaris too.Have fun sleding!
