Recently got a 1984 Porsche 928S Automatic When I turn the key the car doesn't start I hear the starter relay click but nothing else is there a way to get it started by bypassing the starter?

If the car is a manual transmission, you can push start it. Turn on the ignition, put the car in neutral, and have someone push you to about 5 mph. Shift the car into 2nd gear and pop the clutch. This should get the car going to the nearest auto parts store where you can get a new battery.

Since it isn't mauel try looking at the fuses located in the floor of the passenger side, one maybe old or just maybe loose, its worth a try that's what was wrong with mine. and it's automatic

When you open the door to get into the car, you will see a knob just behind the parking brake lever. Just pull it straight up and the rear hatch lock will release.

with TB covers off, the cam sprockets have a small notch ...very small, toward the engine. You will want to dot these with bright paint, on each bank there is a pointed marker about 11 o'clock position when faceing the engine. The other marker TDC is on the front engine dampener.
