What if you were fired for misconduct how do you answer that?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

It depends on the grounds of your terf your dismissal. If you think the company had solid ground for firing you, well admit it to the interviewer. But don't forget to tell him/her that you've learned from your mistake and you'll improve to the fullest. Bear in mind that interviewers are trained and they can read your mind. If you want to get the job, always be honest to your answers. But if the reasons of your dismissal was unjustifiable, don't hesitate to tell the interviewer everything. Regardless of negative comments about your ex-company.

Is London East Bank College in black list?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Only UKBA can answer your question. But we can always make a guess. The college you mentioned is currently suspended along with many other colleges. It is not very old college and is not offering any special course.

It was recruiting heavily from Bangladesh, Nepal and India. Recently the visa processing has been stopped at these locations.

Now you add that up and you should be able to get your answer. By the third week of Feb you will get a clearer picture as this suspension normally lasts about 1 month, after which they will either be back or the licence will be revoked.

Best thing for you would be to not go to this type of colleges or even universities. Unless they are red brick. Uk education is not at all good , during Tony blair time the economy was doing well so they opened the door to students. Now they are increasing the visa fees every year. You will not gain anything from education and you will not be able to find any work either.

So stay put and don't waste money on UK , the UKBA knows the visa loopholes they create it themselves to either earn money or for cheap labour . Currently the elections are coming so they want to show they act tough on immigration.

So don't waste time or money on UK , their mentality is to use people when they need them.

It is not worth it , if you applied to any UK college which is suspended I would ask you to get a refund as soon as possible because if their license is revoked your money will be gone.

UKBA will enjoy your visa fees and college your course fee. .They both are partners in crime.

How do you answer interviewer if you were fired for misconduct?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Although you may be upset about it whatever you do, do not go off on them. Just talk it out, ask why your being fired and see if there's anything you could possibly do to keep your job. But don't beg to keep your job, and if they say that there isn't anything that you can do then accept that.
