I can assuredly say that YES, it did work for me. Twice. I followed the instructions exactly and passed two separate UA tests. These were the kind of UA tests where you urinate in a small plastic cup (in a private bathroom). I was asked to not flush the toilet or turn on the sink. The cup has a thermometer on the side to test for proper body temp. Then I (and the lab tech) signed a sticker that is placed on the cup and they sent it to some lab (out of state in my case) and the results were emailed back within 48-72hrs.

I may be mistaken, but I think the way that it works is this: You are basically diluting your own urine with the large amounts of water you drink prior to taking drug test. Some labs are able to test/detect dilution. This (I've heard) is due to lower-than-normal levels of niacin in your urine. If the niacin levels are too low, it looks like you've tried to dilute your urine (which you have). The STAT! Royal Flush drink contains niacin, so it appears that your urine is normal.
