No, it is not necessary to wrap a cake in plastic and newspaper before freezing. Instead, you can wrap it in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to prevent freezer burn and maintain freshness. Placing it in an airtight container is also a good option.
Well, Time magazine is a lot of colors. Typically, though, the cover has a red outside border, and across the top of the page the word TIME is also in red. There is a date in the upper left in black. The rest of the page is usually a picture of whatever they are featuring that week, with other headlines, usually in white, blue, or yellow. Depending on the issue, part of the word TIME could be obscured, and sometimes they have a little picture inset in the upper right.

Yes, you can freeze any kind of cake, frosted or unfrosted. I
would place the cake on a cookie sheet and freeze first. When it is
frozen, move it to a sealed baggie or container. When you are ready
to eat it, remove from the freezer and from it's container and
allow it thaw at room temperature.

Well first of all you need to have a particular shaped -out icing spread and if you watch many ADS (advertisments). You can see they always will say about icing spreaders.
Cover the iced cake with a sheet of wax paper and smooth it out with your hand. Refrigerate the cake for awhile and peel off the wax paper once the icing has hardened. You will know it is ready when the icing does not stick to the paper.
Another way to have the effect of smooth icing is to use fondant. It is like dough, but it is made mostly out of sugar and its easier than trying to get icing smooth..

hacks, backs, clacks, Jack's, tacks, tax, fax, lacks, packs, racks, sacks, wax, wacks, and yaks.
Whack it pretty hard might do the trick
Try to cut around the edges of the cake and THEN wack it really hard... if that doesnt work try cutting it into slices and THEN wacking it really hard!
It happened to me once. Luckily it was a rich butter cake which was greasy enough to be removed by loosening it on the sides with a knife.
Do not panic all you do is take a butter knife and run it around the edges of the cake the gently take a spatula and slide it underneath the cake and lift gently.
