Yes, Ben Moody abused Amy Lee. He suppressed her mentally, but physically, I am not sure. I wouldn't be surprised if he did hit her. A lot of the songs on the album "Fallen" and a few on the album "The Open Door" are about Amy's abuse by Moody. What I don't understand, is why Moody would abuse Amy, and why Amy would stay in that relationship. Amy is an amazing singer, and can play the piano, harp, and design awesome clothes. She is so smart, why would she stay with him? But I guess it was kind of hard to leave him, because they were in the same band. And what did Amy do to deserve that? Nothing. No one deserves abuse!! Especially not Amy, when she loved him so much, until he started to abuse her, of course
