Special Project Assistant (SPA) Program
The Special Project Assistant program (SPA) exists to teach contributors about all the tools they have and how to use them effectively. Tasks include answering new questions, recategorizing questions, cleaning up vandalism and spam and editing questions. Often SPAs become supervisors after they complete enough tasks to show that they are ready and understand how to use all the tools provided on the site.
