To get any food stuck in your throat out, you must do the Heimlich Maneuver to yourself. Lean up against a chair or table, the edge of the furniture pushing into your torso, just above your bellybutton. Thrust yourself downward until you feel the food being pushed up your esophagus.

The Heimlich maneuver is used to expel food that is caught in the trachea (windpipe), not very effective for food caught in esophagus. If food is caught in the esophagus and blocking it, then try drinking water. If water will not pass and comes back up, go to the emergency room. They might try injecting a medication IV to relax your esophagus. Otherwise a scope needs to be placed in the esophagus to either push the food into the stomach, or pull it out. This is done by a Gastroenterologist or an Otolaryngologist.

this sounds like a condition you need to see a doctor for. I would do it immediately. That could be a symptom of cancer, relating to the throat, stomach, or esophagus. See a doctor as soon as possible. That isn't normal. Is it possible you may be taking a medication that causes dryness in your mouth? That can make it difficult to swallow your food. Drink plenty of water to get it down.
