There are different reasons this could happen. 1) you could of wanted it to be positive so bad you actually tricked your body into thinking so while still receiving a negative. 2) could be pregnant but having multiples. 3) sadley could be a legit negative.

∙ 14y agoIf you are not pregnant, then you aren't feeling fetal movement. Even if you are pregnant, you don't feel fetal movement until at least 16 weeks and that is the quickening. If the pregnancy test is negative, go to the doctor and ask for a blood test. The blood test will test your HCG levels. If the levels are over 2, then you are pregnant. If you are late for your period then you may be pregnant. If you aren't late for your period, it is too soon to tell.
