Not unless it's at the end of a quarter, (usually the second or fourth quarter) and if the one team is in the redzone,(scoring position thats fifty or less yards away from the goal line) and if it's vital without any timeouts (very possible but not a hundred percent true) and if there's usually within a minute left in most likely the conclusion of the second quarter (halftime) or the conclusion of the fourth quarter, (end of game) field goals will be attempted to either go ahead at halftime or even win the game as the conclusion.And of course,at halftime/end of game if you don't get the ball back(when you kickoff first that's the only time you get the ball back to start the third quarter),or even at the end of the game when your down by four-seven points so in that case it would be common sense for you to score a touchdown by either passing the ball to an eligible receiver or running the ball into the endzone and this is done by a back.
