Before you approach the victim, make sure he or she is no longer in contact with live electricity. If necessary, turn the Main Electricity Switch off. If that can't be done, knock the cable away with something that does not conduct electricity, such as a wooden broom handle or a rubber boot.

Firstly lie down the patient on back with head flat and feet raised above the heart level . check the vitals . make the patient feel comfortable . if he is unconscious rub his hands to provide warmth and give a call on 911.
