Google Chrome is currently in BETA state, that means it's still being deleloped, the chances are there is no way to fixit until it updates and becomes a NON-BETA version, you best bets are to get rid of it until a proper version comes out.
You can always fix this by installing the chrome again. The earlier version could have a bug or error.
May be that the dll File was corrupted or broken . Suggestion : Uninstall Corrrupted Google Chrome & Install a new Version From Google's Website .
I don't have much to say, but maybe downloading it with download manager will make the installer error. Tried to download it with IDM, and it works.

It could be the error in the file of the website. Chrome plays no part in disrupting the download option.
You would need to google the exact error message to find out what is causing this error message. When you resolve the error message you will not get disconnected. You can also do a system restore to a date you did not have the error messages
