Based on my knowledge, if you have NT4/95/98/2000 and a copy of XP upgrade, then install the older OS and upgrade to XP because 95/NT4 up to 2000 will not support the network card. Another safe bet is to make a CD of Linux Ubuntu. I have the same on and I have XP and Ubuntu on it. Good luck! :)
