Using something to frame a subject other than the edges of your viewfinder.
in our photography class, it is either frame within frame, or double images. everyone calls it different things, but universally called frame within frame. :)
Get a software that can slow it down to that rate, or one that can pick individual frames and stop at each one.
Frame-by-frame means you do a frame(picture) and then modify it to make it move. Am I being clear enough?
