No they are different ovarian cysts ONLY occur on the ovaries, and only in women. (i would know i have 4)Pelvic cysts can occur in men and women, and are present in the pelvic cavity.
It can prevent pregnancy in severe cases, but there is an operation to have them removed if they are that serious.Otherwise, it can just take a little longer than it normally would to become pregnant.
