On a more serious note, these are actually the mostly used sources of information.

1) Internet : Several facilities like RSS feeds, newsgroups etc provide latest content of interest.

2) Telephone : You can call as well as receive information on calls from various sources including the Support people/ Call centres etc.

3)Colleagues :) This is one of the sources that provides information which is instantaneously useful.
