here is a trick that my teacher taught me,

1) use an op word (even though, although, ect.)

2) touch on what ur writing about ( make sure to use tattoos and body piercings in the thesis statment)

3. make it a compound sentence!

The thesis statement would be dependent on the idea that is being put forth. The idea that a person who has tattoos and body piercings and can still be professional or work in a professional workplace is one example. Another example would be that people who have tattoos and piercings are ruining their futures because they're mutilating their bodies. It all depends on the idea being put forth in the respective essay.
