Greek words demos and kratis together mean? |
[Edit]
I had this question on homework 1 for my online political science class.
The textbook said demos means the people and kratis means to rule. The question was multiple choice and I decided this answer was correct. The people rule. It was the one that made the most sense anyways. Hope that helped.
demos kratis comes from the latin words demon craci which is the rule of the devil. in english it is democracy.
