Marconi was the inventor of the spark gap arestor know to us as the first wireless radio and now we have cell phones, sat tv, cable , wifi. anything that does not have a wire hooked to it and is transmitted very far is because of this one invention. now mind you that we have evolved from that old technology but for not that we would still be sending snail mail. He won the Nobel Prize.
