I had the same problem and the only reaosn mine weren't opening because the the doors were getting stuck on the small piece of plastic underneath the doors so i broke it off on each side and now they turn on and off on each side. Hope that helps. SO just see if the doors could possible get caught on that piece of plastic.

The SuperChip i installed in my 1990 oldsmobile toronado trofeo gave it 25hp more according to the dyno.

Open the hood and then using the manual override for the headlight motor and lower the covers about halfway. Then reach down in between the headlight door and the headlight to reach the turn signal bulb. Then just turn the socket clockwise or counter clockwise, I don't remember which and it will only turn one way, and then pull the socket out.
You can find a layout for the fuse panel of a 1990 Toronado Trofeo in the owner's manual. You can also find it at certain auto stores.
I had mine fixed by mrwizzard.com I had to remove it and send it in. cost was about 100 dollars in 2003 for 1991 trofeo dash cluster.

i think the regulator is right in the alt.
Viewed from the engine compartment, the blower motor is behind the engine on the firewall, towards the center of the car. It is usually black and has two larger wires running to it, one purple and one black.
