Had a 360 spin out on the highway this morning due to ice and snow now car is shaking at 45 mph or higher what is most likely cause?

[Edit]

Answer

try getting your tyres balanced and tracked

Answer

You probably bent a wheel. Look for damage but even if you don't see any, jack up each wheel individually and give it a spin to see if it's bent. Some steel wheels can be straightened, but don't try to straighten alloy wheels. They're brittle and will be weakened in the process of being bent and straightened and could fail at high speed.
