Yes! Kurt Warner is the ONLY quarter back to win a Super Bowl in his rookie (or first) season as a starting quarterback in the NFL. There is some confusion as to Kurt being a rookie qb or not, due to the fact he was in NFL Europe and the Arena football league prior to this and a member of the Ram's practice squad in 98. Nevertheless, no qb in history has ever taken his team (the Rams were 4-12 the prior season) and made it to, and won a Super Bowl, before or since!
