Roxicodone 30 contains 30mg of oxycodone and is an instant release pill. OxyContin comes in various strengths and is time released over 12 hours. If you have a tolerance to 10mg hydrocodone, a 30mg Roxicodone pill would still be way too strong. Oxycodone is 1.5x stronger than hydrocodone to begin with so a Roxicodone 30mg pill would be equal to about 4 and a half of the pills you are taking now. Oxycontin is prescribed for chronic pain because useres only have to take 2 pills a day for all day pain relief.
There is no codiene in Lorcet, the ingredient is hydrocodone with tylenol. The milligram dosage of the hydrocodone is on the bottle.....such as Lorce t 10/650. The "10" being the hydrocodone and the "650" being the the tylenol. Annabelle50
M357 pills contain hydrocodone / acetaminophen 5mg / 500mg.
It is 650 mg. of acetaminophen (Tylenol) and 10 mg. hydrocodone.
Watson 502 has 7.5 mg Hydrocodone in it, together with 650 mg Acetaminophen.
the 650 is how many mg of Tylenol is in it 5mg hydrocodone
nope the 10 means 10mg of hydrocodone the larger number is Tylenol content
Kind of depends on where u are. Here in Detroit u can get them for about 2 or 3 bucks each.
Lorocet contains hydrocodone and Tylenol. It is a very dangerous drug for damage to internal organs. The 10/650 Blue Lorecet for example contains 10mg Hydrocodone (a couple molecules different from Oxycodone) and 650mg Tylenol. Do the math! If you take more then 3 or 4 per day, you ARE damaging your Liver. The patient can't tell the difference between Oxycodone (Percodan, Percocet) and Hydrocodone. The Oxy scandal is ridiculous! Oxycodone has been on the Market for YEARS!!!!!! The only difference is the Oxycontin being abused, and making every headline is Oxycontin, made into a slow sustained release form. M/S Contin is the same sort of thing. Morphine Sulfate, timed release. Drug addicts make it so hard on real pain patients like myself. Contin (mispronounced Cotton) simply is a abbreviation for continuous release. Hope you have all the info you need! Go to a pain clinic, a good one or you will be killed by ignorant doctors........
The numbers you gave aren't the amount of Hydrocodone in the pill, the numbers on the bottle are usually something like 5/500, or 10/650. The larger number isn't the Hydrocodone, in a lot of cases, it is AP/AP (acetaminophen). Which taken at high levels, is deadly to your liver. Never take more than 4000mg of AP/AP a day, and over long periods of time, try not to go over 2500mg. But you want the first number, that is the amount of Hydrocodone, the 650mg one has more Hydrocodone in it that the 500mg. For Medical purposes, the 10/650 will be stronger and help better with whatever pain you are in. If you are trying to get high, I recommend taking the 650mg ones because you don't need to take as many to get high, which means you take in less AP/AP. I do not recommend getting high off these drugs, due to their highly addictive properties, but I can't stop you if you do.
Generic Name: Hydrocodone, AcetaminophenStrength: 10 mg, 650 mgManufacturer: Watson PharmaceuticalsTrade Names: Vicodin, Lortab, NorcoType: Analgesic (a mild narcotic pain reliever)Class: RX, CIII
The only difference is the brand. They both have hydrocodone (a narcotic) and acetaminophen (Tylenol). The first number in the 10/650 and the 10/500 is the amount of hydrocodone, and the second number is the amount of acetaminophen. So probably the reason the Lortab isn't working as well is the lower amount of acetaminophen. Check with your doctor or pharmacist to see if you can take an extra Tylenol tablet with it.
Both doses have the same narcotic value of 10mg which is the strongest; however, the other # is your tylenol ratio. The 650s have more tylenol so to be honest you want to stick with the 10-325 so they will be easier on your liver. Extended tylenol use can severely damage your liver.
