Help...I have been taking Klonopin for 4 years now after a nervous breakdown and panic attacks. Now I'm pregnant. I'm 11 weeks.?

I posted this question and just wanted to explain my situation more. I only took klonapin as needed with me i would only take half of one if needed. A months supply lasts me for sometimes 3-4 months. I asked my OBGYN although i could not understand him to the fullest he is foreign. He said Klonapin is risky i don't know the risks i know they cant be good as it is considered a Class D drug in pregnancy. He also stated that no its also not good to go through what i go through that its bad for the baby and can cause problems.......as i am 11 weeks now, the nerve conditions an panic attacks come more often as my husband is being deployed to Iraq for the first time I havn't seen him since Jan 2nd. I get 3 days with him end of march then he's off to Iraq for 12-15 months. I went to my doctor as my OBGYN told me to get a Class B never pill prescribed instead...i was told there wasnt one and that we were going to try Buspar for anxiety...a daily medication. I have been takin it and it makes me so sick i can't sleep i even break out in cold sweats i havn't read the side effects as i am one that wont take a drug if side effects are possible because I'm scared of medication in general..It feels like i took antibiotics on an empty stomach like its eating my stomach liner. I tried it without food, with just crackers, with a full meal that doesnt go away...Also i get dizzy after i take it first time i was simply sitting on the toilet and got really light headed. I cant sleep sometimes i have to force myself to eat. I don't get mornign sickness at all. I'm lucky there. I'm to the point to where i just don't know. I have been told i need to switch OBGYN's to a high risk one that is futher away from where i live I'm up for that though however it is feb, 11 today i cna't be seen till April 1st....i think that is unexceptible to have to wait that long in my condition to see a doctor specially a new one. I would be close to 4 months by then, after calling the doc that refered me back to ask why i cant be seen till then they told me to call that doctor and just keep seeing the current one till then, i don't want to wait that long an then switch its my first pregnancy, I'm scared, I'm a mess, no sleep, not gaining weight cuz stress and nerves.....Today I'm stoping Buspar as it makes me so sick i cant even eat anything nor sleep an sleeping is great for the baby that i know.....an waking up in cold sweats and shortness of breath is just too scary for me....i feel all alone like I'm being pushed around and not gettin any answers...should i just continue with klonapin maybe half of a half of one as needed no OBGYN's seem to care nor answer me HELP!!!!
