Not too difficult, just have a lot of friends that will initial a card....if you are in a large city their are hundreds and hundreds of meetings every week. Also, if you have a problem you really shouldn't be trying to do this anyway. Sometimes people don't really need to go to AA though and this can really mess with your head. AA is a cult program and very religious despite what they say. They require you to give up all control of your life and to follow a strict set of rules. This is great for some people, but those people are very bad off. If you're not in that category and being unfairly forced to attend an AA meeting(ie in violation of the separation of church and state) then you might need to consider this option.
