Use an electric toothbrush, mouth floss, and mouthwash. Don't try anything else because that is the best way, end of. Rememeber to brush for 2 minutes or more as that is the recommended amount of time to brush your teeth, any more is even better naturally.

Well to keep your teeth clean you should eat helthy stuff and only eat sugar for when you have a party or celebration or etc.. You should brush your teeth twice a day in the morning and night, but if you have braces brush your teeth morning, afternoon, and night. Floss your teeth everynight and when your brushing your teeth brush your tongue bc it has alott of bacteria on it . Also use a mouthwash either once or twice aday and if you still have spots that you can feel plack on your teeth after you brushed them than you can get a special tool that scraps it off but not a hard way and easy way .Than you will have a healthy clean mouth , but get a new tooth brush when your tooth brushes brissels are getting domented and if when your sick afetr your brush your teeth you can have some adult or if you are an adult boil water and put your tooth brush in it to kill the bacteria ...also if you want pure sodium(not salt will cleen them)

When you are looking at the dental procedures, you will find that your dentist will use a rubber shield and protective gel to guard the soft tissues of your mouth. Then a plastic tray that has a bleaching substance like carbamide peroxide is going to be fitted into your mouth to do its work.

You may also find that your dentist will apply a gel that contains bleaching solution to the surface of your teeth. A special light will be used to active the whitening agent and this process can take upwards of half an hour to an hour for each visit. This can have a dramatic effect very quickly

Remember that teeth whitening is no where near as simple as you might believe. The wrong product can do more harm than good, and it can actually damage your teeth if you are not paying attention. Make sure that you have the right information to make the right choices when it comes to brightening your teeth.

You do not WANT your dentist to clean your teeth. They do a lousy job, and if they are too cheap to hire a hygienist, there is something wrong. Typically, dentists HATE cleaning teeth, as there is no money in it for THEM. That is what a Hygienist is for. I was a registered dental/oral surgery assistant for 14 years. Trust me, you do NOT want a dentist to clean your teeth. Find a good office with a top-rated hygienist. Call your local ADA to get a referral. Some dental hygienist still use the old fashion way of cleaning teeth by scraping and scaling the tartar off. Other dental hygienists have laser to do the job which is faster. It depends how much the dentist is willing to spend on his equipment.

Dentists use a variety of tools and instruments to clean teeth, depending on the specific needs of each patient. However, some of the most commonly used tools for cleaning teeth include:

Scalers or curettes: These are hand-held instruments with sharp edges that allow dentists to remove plaque and tartar from teeth.

Ultrasonic scaler: This instrument uses high-frequency vibrations to break up and remove tartar and plaque from teeth.

Dental drill: Dentists may use a dental drill to remove decay or smooth rough edges on teeth.

Polishing tool: This tool uses a spinning brush and polishing paste to give teeth a smooth and shiny surface after cleaning.

Dental floss: Dentists use dental floss to clean the spaces between teeth and remove any remaining plaque or debris.

It's important to note that each dental cleaning procedure is customized to fit each individual patient's unique needs, and the dentist will determine which tools and instruments to use based on a thorough examination of the patient's teeth and gums.
