CCs do not equate directly to HP, but it would probably be in the range of 20 to 80 CCs.
HP and displacement are only loosely related and dependent on other factors like engine design, carburetor size(mostly venturi), bore and stroke, etc. A dynomometer actually measures HP though there...
This will depend on the engine type, manufacturer, weather and altitude. A Honda GCV160 for example produces 4.4hp at 3600rpm.
