I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM with MY 2001 OCTAVIA AND WAS TOLD BY MY LOCAL DEALER THAT THE turbo needed stripping and cleaning, if i switched the ignition off and back on the power came back at once, thought it must be electrical, but it wasn't a friend knew a chap who was a skoda technical guy and he said put redex in the fuel tank, so i did after just using about half the tank of fuel the problem was gone, the car is back to like it was three years ago.
the flasher unit is built into the hazard light switch on dash you have to remove the small cover around switch unit & remove switch remove plug from back & replace whole unit
Depends on the registration. For a 2008+ Octavia, the fusebox is located to the side of the driving console. Open the driver's door and it's located on the side. There's a small notch near the bottom of the cover, which can be carefully removed with a flathead screwdriver. It's a bit of a pain to fit back again - just slide the panel back, making sure the relevant catches are lined up with the holes. I'm not a mechanic or anything, just an Octavia owner.
undo the side panels in the boot to gain access to the bulb panel which should just unclip, then just replace the bulb and clip it back in place agan. its the top bulb on the octavia skoda estate. its really easy i did it first time. Make sure you replace your spare bulbs though.

If it is a sash-window, the ropes which have a weight on one end, and the other end is attached to the window frame (on both sides) has snapped. Once the ropes have snapped, the weight of the window will cause it to fall down. If it is a sash-window, search the internet for repairing a 'sash-window' or contact a local builder/handyman.
by the terms repairing, i think you mean repairing the scratches from it: http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-the-Scratches-from-the-Back-of-an-iPod
There is 3 round plastic caps on the top of the cover,1 at the back and 2 at the front. Pop these out with a screwdriver and there is a nut under each one. Take off the nuts, take out the dipstick and take off the oil filler cap and the cover comes off.
The speed pulse wire on a 2009 octavia is pin number 9 on the multi plug connecter on the back of the speedo cluster , remove plug and all the pins are numbered .
