You have to get freinds who want to play airsoft and they must all get guns to go from shotguns to AEG's . Then you train them how ever you like (You can look at youtube videos about just search like US army traing or Ruissan army traing stuff like) Once you have your team ready it's time fight in your house , out in the middle of the woods ( just make sure nobody owns the land) a paintball ( some paintball fields will allow airsoft teams to play in there field ) or a airsoft field. And lastly make sure your team has another team to play aganist, otherwise your teammates will get bored of not playing and will quit . Make sure yall have fun thats the whole point of airsoft.
