Yes, that is completely fine. Beware of poultry bones (chicken, turkey, etc.) since they splinter if chewed and can thus harm a dogs stomach lining. But lamb or cow bones are perfectly fine.

Unless the dog swallowed the bones whole, nothing needs to be done. I feed my dogs raw lamb almost every day because they burn a huge amount of calories playing and walking. I have yet to see any negative effects.

Dogs have bones inside them (their skeleton) and dogs also like animal bones to chew on as part of their food. These bones are good for dogs but you should not feed a dog cooked chicken bones.
