Probably one of the most accurate there are. A lot more accurate than a probation or job test would be. It's a government test so it's most likely testing for everything.

A basic medical drug screen panel or random drug screen only test for 5 of the most commonly abused drugs, which are amphetamines, barbiturates, opiates, THC, and coke....
However, any substance can be tested for if there is reason for suspicion.
Samples that initially show up as positive are retested twice to rule out false positives. It's highly accurate, but also very easy to manipulate.
