First thing you need to do is not smoke any more pot! A saliva test does not detect delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol for very long. So if your a week clean you should not have any thing to worry about. If you have to take the test right away wash your mouth out with water and use a lot of toothpaste. I would not suggest using mouth wash to soon before the test, because saliva tests also check for alcohol. You can also try keeping the swab a dry by holding it in your teeth, and puffing out your lip with air so it appears to be in between your lips and gums. However, this is risky and the test administrator might know what your up to. Spitting out every bit of saliva might also be a good idea.
Depends on the user, how much of a smoker u are. That being said if u don't use THC three days before the test u can pass it. If u dont have that much time use some mouthwash or stick a penny under u tongue before the test. To answer original question though it's very accurate if u have smoke or used within 72 hours
Yes it can. Saliva Test detection time is approximately 12-24 hours for single use.
Nothing it stays in the system for 30-60 days and longer in hair and fat cells. If you want to pass a test don't use. Simple.
THC (marijuana) can be tested that way.
instantly, or at least very quickly. however eating, smoking cigarettes, or using mouthwash can effect or inhibit the ability of a saliva test to detect thc. (no guarantees, but most likely)
yes
yes but they can tell the difference between tobacco and tobacco cessation aids. If your not using tobacco and JUST chewing the nicotine gum, then there won't be any abasotine in the test. abasotine can only come from using tobacco and not the gum.
Saliva drug tests usually detect 3 to 5 days.
MMR titer will not detect THC.
The swab test is easiest to pass or at least get a negative on. It also depends on what drugs you are using. Harder drugs such as meth or crack store themselves in the saliva glands, so it can take weeks to pass through. Marijuana on the other hand tends to dry up your saliva glands, which is really the only way they can tell if you smoked weed, but you'd have to smoke minutes before the test for that to happen. Other than that there is no real way to detect THC in the saliva because THC doesn't store itself in the saliva glands. If you're really paranoid about it, swish some mouthwash just before the test and you'll be fine, or at least get a negative :)
Yes, that's what swab tests are for. However swab tests are pretty dumb and can only detect if you consumed THC within 12-24 hours before the test. Stop consuming THC as soon as you suspect you may be tested just to be safe.
Depends, if you are testing Weed a good way is to do the urine test and test their urine for THC, be aware that THC leaves the body in around 2-5 days.
I had a friend who was a heavy smoker that had to have a swab test done, he smoked right before he went in for the test (seeing as he knew he was already riddled with THC why would it matter?) and had a bottle of water, he drank from the water bottle and did his best not to salivate on the swab, he passed. Pretty much any test except hair follicles can be faked.
Thc can be detected in the saliva for 5 to 10 days depending if you are a heavy user.
Most likely not.
It sits in your mouth inbetween your teeth and cheek and soaks up the saliva. If there is THC in your cheek cells, it will be in your saliva. (Your cheek cells are replaced with fresh ones quickly. Don't consume THC for 3-4 days, and you will pass a mouth swab.)
