Its the MOST addictive substance known to man. IE HEROIN OXYCOTIN DILAUDIDS ANY OTHER PAIN KILLER REALLY EXCEPT VICODIN cause it contains half acetaminophen AKA aspirin.but is nun the less an opiate but a very mild one.
